12.14.2013 by Leah //

I've been frequently wearing this 3-year old earrings of mine (that I had custom-made) because of the way they sparkle and shine. Perfect for Christmas! I always get compliments every time I wear this pair.  Others are curious to find where did I find such "yellowish" diamonds, especially the chunky ones in the middle. But guess what?  These are not diamond earrings!  ... READ MORE

Duchess Catherine’s Necklace

07.20.2012 by Leah //

I love the blue Stella McCartney dress but what do you think of the Cartier Trinity Necklace? The long necklace reportedly cost £49,000 and the highlights of this luxury jewelry are the 5 entwined circles of pink, yellow and white gold dotted with diamonds.   It was said to symbolize the Olympic rings. I think the necklace is pretty but not too flattering with her ... READ MORE

We visited Baguio Country Club where we had our lunch and to check out its surroundings.  The last time I was there was ... READ MORE

Our Wedding Bands

03.31.2011 by Leah //

For our wedding bands, we want something like Tiffany & Co.'s classic knife-edge wedding bands: It was kinda difficult to find a nice knife-edge wedding bands locally because the style is not that "popular' here.  We tried looking at Goldenhills and My Diamonds but they don't have it. During the bridal fair at Megamall in July last year, we came across two shops ... READ MORE

03.23.2011 by Leah //

We Filipinos believe that pearls should not be a part of your wedding.  Pearls, according to our culture, symbolizes tears, and a bride wearing pearls on her wedding day will encounter many sad (and crying) moments in her married life.  If only there is no such superstition here, I will gladly wear pearls on my wedding.  I just love pearls!Unlike other ... I used to love taking pics of food for #foodstagram but now that everything's in takeout boxes, nakakatamad mag-food styling hehe! Anyway, whether it's in fancy plate or takeout box - the food should still taste good. And this one definitely did not disappoint! The souffle pancakes were oh so good, and despite traveling in a box were really soft up to the last bite. Yumyum! #doitforthegram

It was so nice to finally see everyone face to face and have uninterrupted discussions that lasted past 8pm! I get to enjoy free coffee the whole day too. ☕️☕️☕️ Two things I find cute though: everyone now carries a disinfectant spray or alcohol (in every shape and brand), and wears a lanyard for their face mask 😄 #NCRFSDSummit
