Our towel cakes from MonteCielo

05.15.2011 by Leah //

We will have tokens for our principal and secondary sponsors, as a gesture of appreciation for them agreeing to be a part of our wedding entourage.

I remember sleeping really late at night just searching over the internet for possible gift ideas for them until I came across Ms. Cielo’s towel cakes.  I thought them to be cute and out of the ordinary.  I mean, it looks yummy but is functional.

I wasted no time in getting in touch with her and we discussed my idea over emails only.   So I was pleasantly surprised when we saw the actual thing earlier and couldn’t help but gush over each gift item’s pretty-ness.

Our principal sponsors will each have this 3-tier towel cake:

I asked that they be made in chocolate brown shade to complement our wedding cake from Hizon’s.

The chocolate cake, I mean, towel cake, is topped with tiger lilies (not fresh, of course hehe).

Now for the entourage, the females will get the green handbags and the males will get the brown luggage bags.

I just gave Ms. Cielo our color motifs and she came up with all these    =)   Really pretty!

Transacting with her was a breeze.   She’s very professional and easy to deal with.   We met at SM North today for us to pick up the items and she was there at 3 pm sharp.

I hope our Ninongs, Ninangs and abays will like these little token of gratitude from us.   These items can be easily converted into face or hand towels so it’s not going into waste.

Thank you, Ms. Cielo for these pretty tokens you made for me  =)

If you are interested in giving towel cakes as your wedding tokens, or for any occasion for that matter, you may get in touch with Cielo Guevarra at 0921-8072131.
