Chicken Fillet with Spinach Pesto Sauce in Linguini Pasta
These were both from Pancake House. The Club Sandwich, one of Pancake House’s best-seller, was good as always. But the gourmet pasta was a disappointment – the noodles were soggy and the sauce bland. To infuse some flavor, we added lots and lots of parmesan cheese (which, thankfully, we were not charged extra).
As you may have noticed, we almost always eat out on weekends. We rarely cook at home because I oftentimes find it tedious to prepare and cook our food – especially since there is just the two of us.
But, after a mind-changing presentation that AJ and I attended yesterday, my view about food (and health) has changed. I am going to share that with you pretty soon. Meantime, let’s all have a great Sunday!
