Photo Wall

03.28.2011 by Leah // 2 Comments

We initially wanted a photobooth for the guests and have, in fact, booked one last year.

Then I saw this:..

And this…

And also this…

I casually emailed these DIY photowall pictures to my sis-in-law who fell hard in love with them as I did.

Imagine my surprise when she told me that she’s going to gift me and AJ with our own photo wall for the  wedding.    Wow!  We couldn’t be more happier!

So we sold our reservation on the photobooth over at W@W.   Aphol bought our reservation.   Our transaction did not end there as we continued to update each other regarding our wedding preps.  She became a good friend of mine (thanks to W@W!) and we are just excited over each other’s wedding!     I will tell you more about Aphol in my future posts.

Back to the photo wall, last February, my sis-in-law surprised me with this mock illustration of our photowall:

I almost cried for joy!    I can already imagine the guests taking pictures of themselves in here!!

The real thing is now a work in progress.  Will definitely post pictures of the actual photowall once it is done   =)

      Hello!
My sis-in-law works in a marketing company that distributes branded apparel. I think she asked their Creative Dept. Head to do this (she won’t say much kse to me now habang ginagawa pa yung photowall hehe!)
But from what I read over the internet, you can construct the same thing using plywood and then the wallpaper can be printed in a tarpaulin. The challenge would be finding real-frames for the big holes where the guests’ pictures will be taken =)
I’ll update you as soon as I see the actual thing! Super excited about it too!

#throwback to Easter 2019 when @ajdeleon77 and I t #throwback to Easter 2019 when @ajdeleon77 and I took mommy and daddy to a double date at Rockwell Powerplant. Today is daddy's 11th month in heaven 💜 The coming weeks are sure going be tough for me because the painful memories from last year will start coming back as we approach his 1st death anniversary. I miss our family bonding time whether in Cebu or Makati, at the mall or simply at home. The over-extended quarantine has made it very difficult for us create new memories as a family (outside videocalls, that is). But I know that with God's grace we will overcome. 🙏

I thought the Hawaiian Green Ti plants I got some I thought the Hawaiian Green Ti plants I got some months ago (almost for free) have died because I may have oversoaked them in water while waiting for their loam soil to arrive. More than half of the leaves dried up. But look, new buds have started to say 'Hi' just last week 🤗 Need talaga ng patience kapag #plantita ka. 😁
