Remember the infinity dresses that my bridesmaids wore to my wedding?
I got lots of questions immediately after posting my feedback on these Lili / Marilenn Florendo Infinity Dresses and I still do, up to now! Although based in Cebu, Mrs. Lili Florendo frequents Manila to meet up clients. She specializes in infinity dresses, and I consider myself lucky to have found her to make the infinity dresses for my girls.
Infinity dresses are so classic and so perfect a choice for your wedding entourage. Because of the many ways it can be worn, no two bridesmaids will dress alike. The bonus part in this is that they get to wear it after the wedding as cocktail dress, too!
Fast forward to now, I was delighted to learn that Von Lazaro of Carmen Lazaro Couture (CLC) – the one who made my fab wedding gown) recently introduced his own line of infinity dresses.
It’s been a year since my wedding and I’m happy to see that infinity dresses are still a hot trend! Cool!
It used to be that Carmen Lazaro Couture (CLC) only accepts orders for bridal gowns and dresses – nothing else. I have seen how creative and passionate the team was in creating a bride’s dream wedding gown (like they did mine!), and I am glad that bridesmaids will now get a feel of that, too.
This long dress from the Von Lazaro Infinity Collection will be perfect for the Maid of Honor (and the mustard color is cute!).
Cocktail dresses would be my picks for the bridesmaids – because it will easily distinguish them from the Maid of Honor.
Tea Length dresses will also do, if you think the short dresses are too casual.
But of course, you don’t need to be a bridesmaid to be able to wear these dresses! The short and tea length ones are perfect as evening dresses, and can be worn at work too – just top it with a nice fitting blazer =)
