Turtle Bread

12.10.2012 by Leah //

Just sharing with you this turtle bread I got as a gift from our (working) trip in Tuy, Batangas last week .  It’s so cute!

It took us a while before we sliced it into bite-sized pieces.   I sure am hoping I could preserve until Christmas so that my 2-year old nephew, Liam, can see it and say “turtle”!   But it begs to be eaten hehe!

Anyway, I hope you had a good start this week.  Am supposed to write about this Japanese restaurant that we tried last week (and I’m still dreaming about the food we had there) but I had a rough day at work and would just like to share something light today.

Thank God I’ll be on mandatory leave (from work) beginning next week.   Time for that well-deserved vacation!   Yipee!
