THE BRIGHT SPOT

Food. Travel. Bargain finds. Random thoughts. A bright spot for sharing ideas and starting conversations!

Thank you, Saladmaster!

03.31.2012 by Leah //

Upon the invitation of Ate Jane, AJ attended a meeting at their office last Tuesday to meet and interact with other new Saladmaster users, and also to meet their boss (Senior Dealer).    I wish I could have gone with him, but I have work in the morning.

The highlight of the meeting was the spinning of the roleta.   AJ, of course, aimed for the most expensive Saladmaster item there (hehe!) but I think he spinned the wheel so hard that the stopper broke!   It was a good thing he wasn’t disqualified haha and he won for us the titanium kitchen shears from Saladmaster (yes!  goodbye to those expensive but rust-prone kitchen shears that we buy).  Our prize will be delivered at home anytime soon.

Now, on to the other good news!   The people at Veneth (the Senior Dealer of Saladmaster in the Philippines)  liked my blog so much and my features about Saladmaster!   They gave me this gift (awww) and I couldn’t be more grateful!

It’s a stainless steel salad bowl!  It’s beautiful and functional!  You will love it’s flawless finish and double wall (thick rim) feature, which will hold the heat for an extended period of time.

And oh, we were given an apron too!    I’m no Master Chef yet but I hope to be one haha!

AJ said he enjoyed the activities at the meeting and was impressed at the members of the group who have not only chosen to invest in Saladmaster, but went further to share to others the brand’s healthy approach to cooking food.

It isn’t too late to shift from our old-school thinking about cooking and eating.  Now that we are better informed about the effects of chemicals in our bodies,  then all the more that we should do a paradigm shift and adopt a healthy approach at cooking.

Do drop me an email at dbrightspot@gmail.com if you wish to learn more about Saladmaster.    Who knows, we might be exchanging Saladmaster recipes and  notes about our free gifts soon!
