AJ surprised me today with red roses! It’s really very sweet of him =) I wasn’t expecting anything today because I know he’ll be sleeping the whole morning (he works at night while I work at day). In fact, we sort of “advanced” our Valentine celebration last weekend with a dinner at our favorite restaurant, Chili’s, knowing fully well that traffic is going to be a nightmare on Feb. 14.
Then my good friend at the office, EMM, also surprised me a Valentine’s token in form of candies wrapped in red Japanese paper and packed in this cute red paper bag with heart-shaped window.
What a lovely and surprising day, this Valentine is!
