The revolutionary Pressure Pan

01.12.2012 by Leah //

We received this wonderful gift last Christmas (thank you, Tita Raquel!) and it’s our favorite kitchen buddy right now:

Cooking was made easy with this Philkraft Pressure Pan which has triple ceramic coatings on both sides of the pan, enabling it to heat quickly and evenly.   As a result, you save energy, time and money!

We cooked pork chops last weekend using the pressure pan. I didn’t put a drop of oil in these:

I thought cooking the pork 10 minutes on each side was kind of short to make it well-done but I underestimated the pressure pan’s power and ended up with a bit (just a bit) burned pork chops (yikes!):

Thankfully the second batch were cooked well, and in less than 20 minutes for both sides:

I also managed to cook garlic kangkong in this same pan in a little over 4 minutes:

I sauteed the kangkong with the juices from the meat and lots of garlic.   Very simple but super delicious and healthy!

The Philkraft Pressure Pan is a good investment and is perfect for 1st time cooks like me who is still into simple dishes and hates long cooking time hehe.   My pressure pan enables food to heat and cook quickly, and here I was able to make 2 dishes in less than an hour!

The pork chops were already marinated when they were given to us hehe! I still have to learn how to do the marinade myself haha!

Hi there! That looks really interesting, I’m trying to reduce my use of oil in cooking. Will look for that, I hope meron sa SM. 🙂

Hi Dea! I think wala pa nito sa SM =) It’s being sold through distributors. Are you interested? My Tita Raquel (the one who gave us this wonderful gift) is a distributor of Philkraft Pressure Pan.
