Neoflam Cookware

10.03.2011 by Leah //

This is not a paid post.  As much as I want to earn money from blogging, I can’t because of the limited features of my free WordPress platform hehe.

But I do want to share with you this brand of cookware we’ve been using at home.   It’s Neoflam –   the brand which introduced cast aluminum cookware featuring Ecolon™ non-stick coating.

Ecolon is a ceramic based coating which is mostly made of silicon dioxide (also known as silica or SiO2), a material most commonly found in nature such as stone and sand. Unlike traditional cookware with PTFE-based non-stick coating, Ecolon is not harmful to the environment and the human body. (source:  Neoflam website)

We picked mostly Neoflam items for our bridal registry and we’re happy to get plenty from our guests.  Not only are they cheaper than Tefal and other high-end cookware brand, we really love the Ecolon feature because food heat up really fast and they’re easy to clean because of the ceramic coating.

They come in lovely colors of yellow, orange, green, blue and red – very, very stylish!

Our favorite right now is this 28cm low casserole in orange, a wedding gift from our friend, Jasper.  We have cooked a number of pasta dishes already with this casserole pan:

It is part of the Neoflam’s Venn collection:

We also have a 28cm fry pan in blue, also a wedding gift from my officemate, Malou:

The latest addition to our Neoflam collection is this 28cm square grill pan, but in yellow.    Bought it at SM for around P1,500.00 (can’t remember the exact price, but amazingly affordable).

The square grill pans also come in various colors:

Neoflam cookware is available at all SM Homeworld branches nationwide.

Check their website (www.neoflam.com) for more of their stylish but durable and efficient products, and for free recipes!

I bought a neoflam frying at north sm for about 1,800 pesos and found out that the non stick claims are not true ! it should be called all-stick neoflam. the only thing thats good about it is, it is easy to clean ! i wonder if i had bought a fake one ?

Hi Albert! What did you cook in there, if I may ask? I’ve never had a problem with mine.
