Dining at The French Baker

07.10.2011 by Leah //

AJ and I loves to dine out at The French Baker.   It used to be a bakeshop but now it has evolved into a resto-cafe with exceptional menus at great prices.

Check out their place mat – so pretty and modern:

We had Four Seasons juice for drinks:

AJ had their Hickory Spareribs (juicy pork spareribs topped with Hickory BBQ sauce and sided with pan-roasted seasonal vegetables and rice):

And I had their Pork Chop Au Poivre (2 pcs. marinated pork chop, grilled ala carte in brown peppercorn sauce and sided with pan-roasted seasonal vegetables and rice),  which is the best!

Our meal was less than P500, would you believe?   The Hickory Spareribs is priced at P194.00 while the Pork Chops Au Poivre, with all its expensive flavors, is tagged at only P228.00.

By the way, each meal comes with a free soup for the day, and ours was the corn and crab soup topped with pesto-flavored croutons.  Heaven!

Amazing meals, noh?  And very, very delicious and filling!   Worth another visit!

The French Baker is located at The Landmark, SM Mall of Asia and SM Megamall, among others.
