We are going to use my old family bible as the wedding bible.
Our bible is 24 years old and is very dear to me, it being my bible in school. I’m glad to see that it has aged gracefully and I could not be more than proud to have it our wedding bible.
To give it a fresh look for the wedding, I lovingly wrapped it in this cute damask-styled Lili and Nana wrapper:
Then put in some ribbons ( in chocolate brown and light green colors, of course) and sealed it with a lace band and ready made white flowers which I put together with a glue gun.
It looks like a very nice gift, isn’t it?
Materials I used:
1. Damask Lili and Nana wrapper – P19.00
2. Satin ribbons, lace ribbon and accent flowers (bought at Tutuban) – less than P150
3. Plastic cover – P6.00
4. My bible – priceless!
Next in my list: our arrhae (I’m still on a lookout for a different arrhae. We’ll scout Greenhills for this).
