This egg-based dish is really flavorful and healthy! It’s like quiche lorraine but without the bacon. The serving size is big and is a good snack for 2-3 persons.
This vegetable frittata is bursting with lots of vegetable goodness. Inside this delicious egg dish are broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, zucchinis and potatoes, among others. Sliced italian sausages topped the frittata and layers of cheese can also be found inside.
I absolutely recommend this dish. The price tag is less than P200 and it’s best taken alone as it is already a meal in its self.
Gourmet-to-Go may be found at any Rustan’s Supermarket branch. You should try their sandwiches too, everything there is fresh and surprisingly affordable.
