Hotel Celeste

03.23.2011 by Leah //

I will have my wedding preparations at Hotel Celeste in Makati.

This quiant, little hotel is located in the former site of Mars Disco along Jupiter Street, Makati.   Honestly, I did not know that there’s a hotel standing in there already until my friend told me about it.

We did an ocular of the hotel sometime in September last year and instantly fell in love with its interiors.  But I did the booking online (via email) because the AE happens to be on leave on the day we did our ocular.

It’s a good thing I waited for the AE because she gave me generous discounts!

Here’s the suite we choose for my wedding preps (all photos courtesy of Hotel Celeste):

It’s called the Queen Isabel Suite and back then, we didn’t know that we will be playing with the damask designs in some of our wedding items like our monogram.

What made us choose this over the other luxury suite at Hotel Celeste?  (btw, no two suites look the same here).  I guess it’s the olive green wallpaper and the lovely curtains that drew us in.

Oh, and check out the bath tub:

Ain’t it a spectacular view?  There may be no windows but I don’t need that anyway.  The grass green wallpaper is enough to make me linger in here.   And I want my picture taken here  too (wearing my gown)!  It’s going to be fun!

And they have L’Occitane bathroom goodies!  How lucky can we get??

Ladies, if you haven’t decided on your wedding prep venue yet, I suggest you check Hotel Celeste.   It’s very beautiful, will look good on pictures and you will definitely enjoy your stay here.  It’s like being in Paris without the French he he.
